At In2Greek, we take great pride in customer satisfaction, so we make sure to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise. We make sure to fully inform customers with very detailed product descriptions such as product sizing and product material. Due to this detailed information, We Do Not Accept Returns, and All Sales Are Final.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL MEANING-(NO RETURNS ON PRE ORDERS)- PLEASE BE AWARE OF TIME FRAMES BEFORE ORDERING. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ADD EMAIL ADDRESSES IN CASE OF SHIPPING DELAYS.
Be sure to carefully review the product details for proper fitting and to be aware of the material of products and colors before making a purchase.
Defective Merchandise
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and fix the issue.
If you receive a defective item, please email In2Greek@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. In your email: Use "Defective Merchandise" as the subject line. Attach a clear image of the defective item.
The item must be returned to In2Greek to qualify for a refund. Please note that refunds will not be issued until an inspection is done on the merchandise, once inspected upon approval you will be issued a refund which will issued in 10 business days.
Important Notes:
Defective Items only are eligible for returns
Sizing issues are not eligible for returns
Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of defective returns.
